Group Travel

One Plan. One Point of Contact.

Group trips fall apart in the planning, not the travelling. Someone volunteers to organise it, discovers it's a second job, and the whole thing quietly dies in a spreadsheet. That's the part I take over.

What I Plan

Milestone birthdays and anniversaries

Bachelorette and bachelor weekends

Wellness and yoga retreats

Family reunions and multigenerational trips

Women's community and friend group getaways

How Group Travel Works

Step: 01

I plan the trip and set the itinerary with the organiser

Step: 02

Everyone books and pays individually through a shared link — no one fronts money for the group

Step: 03

Rooming, transfers, and group activities coordinated centrally

Step: 04

Group rates and amenities negotiated directly with properties

Step: 05

One person to call, before and during and after

PLANNING FEE: $300 CAD

Weddings & Events

You've booked the venue. Now forty people need to get there, find somewhere to stay, and arrive on the right day without texting you about it.

That's the part I handle.

Wedding Room Blocks

Your guests get a negotiated group rate at a hotel you've chosen. They book individually through a link. No one fronts money, and no one calls you about it.

  • Group rates negotiated directly with the property

  • A booking link you can share in your invitations or on your wedding website

  • Rooming coordinated so families and friends are near each other

  • Guests book and pay on their own, on their own timeline

  • I handle the questions, the changes, and the cancellations

Destination Weddings

Getting married abroad means your guest list becomes a travel list. Flights from multiple cities, arrival dates that need to line up, a group of people who have never travelled together.

  • Flight guidance and routing for guests coming from different cities

  • Accommodation options at multiple price points, so nobody is priced out

  • Airport transfers coordinated around arrival times

  • A single point of contact for guests, so their questions don't come to you

  • Your honeymoon planned at the same time, if you'd like

Social & Corporate Groups

Milestone celebrations, anniversary parties, reunions, retreats, incentive trips and team offsites.

  • Accommodation and group rates

  • Transfers and ground logistics

  • Group activities and dining reserved in advance

  • One point of contact throughout

I work alongside your wedding planner rather than duplicating what they do. They handle the day. I handle everyone getting there.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most people aren't. Get in touch and tell me who's travelling and why. We'll work it out on a call.
